The Complete Player Development Program is a long-format, integrated off-season training experience designed for Bantam and High School athletes who want to build skill, strength, confidence, and consistency from spring through early fall.

This program combines on-ice training, off-ice performance, mobility, nutrition education, and breathwork into one structured development plan. Athletes train consistently across multiple phases to ensure progress carries into the season.

This is not drop-in training. This is long-term development.
